Questions

What people ask before switching.

Will I still need finger pricks?
For most day to day decisions, no. LinX is designed to replace fingerstick testing for treatment decisions. You may still confirm with a finger blood test if a reading does not match how you feel, which is normal practice with any CGM.
Does applying it hurt?
The applicator does the work in one press. Most people feel a quick pinch and nothing after that. There is no separate insertion step for you to do by hand.
Will it fall off in the shower?
No. LinX is rated IP68 and stays on through normal showers and swimming, up to 2 meters deep for an hour. Just avoid deeper or longer water exposure than that.
How accurate is it, really?
In a clinical study of 91 patients across 3 centers, LinX measured a Mean Absolute Relative Difference of 8.66% against lab-grade reference readings, with 87.2% of readings landing within 15% of the true value.
How long does one sensor last?
10 or 15 days depending on the model you're using, GX-02 and GX-02S run 10 days, GX-01 and GX-01S run 15. Either way, one sensor covers weeks, not days.
Who is LinX for?
Adults 18 and older managing type 1 or type 2 diabetes, or anyone who needs frequent or continuous glucose monitoring. It has not been evaluated for pregnancy, dialysis patients, or people with implanted pacemakers, talk to your healthcare provider if that applies to you.
